I’m a senior UX designer based in Mexico with over a decade of industry expertise. I’ve led UX strategies, shaped design systems, and collaborated with amazing teams. I started as a graphic designer and got hooked on digital products, so my career path took me into strange places, from web designer to frontend development. Eventually, I learned more about what UX is and what kind of value it brings to products and companies, so I fell in love with it!

I focused on learning through online courses, postgraduate studies, or even on my own! Innovation, design thinking, lean UX, agile (Scrum), research deliverables, design or prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD), etc. I found that communication is key to successful delivery, aligning with expectations, user needs, business model, and, above all, empathy.

I have worked in various industries, including printing, healthcare, IT, advertising, finance, data analysis, construction, geolocation, and automotive. I have also been involved in releasing multiple types of products, such as web applications, mobile apps, internal tools, admin portals, e-commerce experiences, design systems, data-driven products, MVPs, and even entire platforms or ecosystems for specific industries.
